Warranty DOES NOT COVER and will be void by any of the following circumstances.

General wear and tear, components subject to wear and tear such as tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, brake lines, light bulbs, fuses etc.

Damage caused by misuse, collision, accidents, modifications, improper maintenance, overloading, deterioration from weather exposure and improper transportation.

Damage caused by extreme use in off road terrain such as sand, mud, gravel and water. Stunt riding, jumps, flips, stairs etc, mountain bike/downhill racing or in any sort of competition.

Damage from extreme weather conditions, riding through water, high pressure cleaning.

If the bike is used for unlawful acts, rental, hire or any other commercial purpose.

Damage to battery and or charger due to improper use.

Warranty valid to the original purchaser only and not transferable.

To make a warranty claim you will need.

Proof of purchase

Model name and serial number of bike or part.

Written/photographic evidence of defective parts, any other proof/evidence that will help with your claim.

Should a part be found defective it will be replaced free of charge, labor costs associated with removal or installation of parts not included.

All warranty claims are subject to Voltage Cruiser Bikes approval, and we hold the right to refuse the claim.
